- Nintendo - Nintendo has released a Super Mario Bros. 35th Anniversary Direct to announce new games related to the Super Mario series' 35th anniversary. That includes Animal Crossing: New Horizons, where Mario-themed furniture is coming to the game in March 2021.

- New Horizons - Nintendo has released a trailer for a new update. The summer wave 2 update features the return of the Fireworks Show which occurs on Sundays in August, Luna and the ability to visit dream islands, and backup support. It is scheduled for July 30th. Another update is coming this Fall. It will feature the return of Jack.
