We're glad you've taken the step to create an account and edit our wiki! With an account you'll now be able to easily edit pages, participate in discussions, watch pages, track your edits, and have access to additional editing tools. You can also create and edit your own user page.

If you intend to continue editing, here are some things to keep in mind:

  • Read our wiki's general use and editing, and privacy policies.
  • Preview your changes before saving them to avoid the need for making corrections afterwards.
  • Use talk pages to resolve editing disputes instead of undoing or reinstating changes repeatedly without discussion.
  • Sign all talk page posts with four tildes (~~~~). This code will automatically leave your name and a timestamp.

You can find editing tutorials and further information about our policies on the help pages.

Where to start? Check out the The Roost for the latest discussions, or consult the to-do list on the Main Page to see tasks that need to be worked on.
Questions? Feel free to ask a member of staff directly, post your question on the The Roost talk page, or ask about it on our Discord icon Discord server. We're always happy to help!

Redirect pages

Hey there, I've noticed you've added Template:Delete Request to a few redirect pages over the past few days and I wanted to give you some reasoning as to why your requests for deletion have been denied. Generally speaking, redirect pages exist so that users can more easily find the pages they're looking for. To that end, multiple pages may be created using various spellings (or misspellings) of the main article page so that the user will be redirected to the appropriate place rather than end up on the search page. So long as the redirect page is a reasonable alternative spelling/misspelling, or is semantically equivalent (e.g. universal code redirects to secret code), we don't generally need to prune our redirects. That isn't to say that there are no unnecessary redirects on the site, but they are for the most part, uncommon. If you'd like to start a discussion for establishing an explicit Nookipedia:Policy on redirects I would be open to your input. Sunmarshsignature.png (talk) 17:18, May 7, 2016 (EDT)

Well that has officially comes to an end. There's nothing else to put that template. Mario und Prinzessin Peach.jpg Princess Peach Bulborb Buffet.jpg 21:02, May 7, 2016 (EDT)

When do I put the delete template?

When do I put the delete template. so I can't abuse it again. Mario und Prinzessin Peach.jpg Princess Peach Bulborb Buffet.jpg 17:56, May 9, 2016 (EDT)

Typically, a staff member puts the template. Most of the time, we put it if that article could be easily linked to another page. An example of this is the Lamp Post article. It didn't need much information, so we put it here. However, when a page is created for vandalism, it's a good idea for any user to put the template. If you think an article should be deleted or linked to another page, it's better to discuss it on its talk page.(Next to the editing button, where it says "Discussion"). If you see a page that's for vandalism, it's a good idea to check who's online, and send them a message on their talk page so they can delete it as soon as possible. Hope that helps! Re:Page recreation

It's generally not a good idea to recreate a page that has been deleted 7 times already. Mario Signature.png 19:11, May 17, 2016 (EDT)

Personal image limit

According to this upload log, you have six images that appear to be personal images. Per upload policy, you cannot have more than five personal images. It also says that you can ask for permission from a bureaucrat for an exception, but I, as a bureaucrat myself, see no need to grant you an exception. Mark the any one you don't want with {{delete}} and make sure there is nothing that links to those images. Thanks. Mario Signature.png 01:28, June 10, 2016 (EDT)

Didn't mean to override you, but I allowed Princess to upload up to ten images on my talk page. ~SuperHamster Talk 02:33, June 10, 2016 (EDT)
