User levels
Special user rights
Bureaucrats are the highest ranking staff members on Nookipedia, second only to the Directors. These users have access to different functions of the site in addition to those of normal administrators.
To become a bureaucrat, a user must already be a wiki Administrator. Nookipedia will at no point have more than six Bureaucrats. If at any point a Bureaucrat becomes inactive, any active Administrator may request to fill the vacant Bureaucrat seat.

Abilities
Bureaucrats have all of the powers of an Administrator, as well as access to the following powers:
- Check users' IP addresses and other information
- Delete/restore specific page revisions
- Rename users
- Add users to these groups: Administrators, Bureaucrats, Patrollers and Lead Editors
- Remove users from these groups: Administrators, Patrollers and Lead Editors. As a safety measure, they cannot remove the Bureaucrat group.
