The maple-leaf rug is an item in Animal Crossing: New Horizons introduced in the 2.0 Free Update. It is part of the Tree's Bounty or Leaves Series. As a rug item, it can be placed inside the houses of villagers, the player, Photopia on Harv's Island, a vacation home in Happy Home Paradise, or in the Room Sketch app.

The maple-leaf rug can be obtained from crafting, which requires 6× maple leaf. The recipe for this item can be obtained from balloons during Maple Leaf season from November 16 to November 25 (Northern Hemisphere) and May 16 to May 25 (Southern Hemisphere) or from message bottles found on the Maple Leaf island via Kapp'n's boat tours.
