Taking the "of plant" out of the field names will fix the problem (adding it back to the template would also fix it, but the one-word field is preferable here, and the infobox is used on relatively few pages). Type Error
It seems that even if one enters a 'Type of plant' in the 'type' field, the template still displays "Unknown". I'm not familiar enough with code to fix this.
Example code: Notice type of plant=tree.
