28^th April, 2022: New Horizons - Nintendo has announced a second soundtrack CD collection for Animal Crossing: New Horizons, as well as a collection of K.K. Slider songs on vinyl record, releasing in Japan on June 22 and November 23, respectively.
1^st April, 2022: Cephalopedia (April Fools) - Nookipedia has been acquired by Cephalobot and has been rebranded as Cephalopedia.
1^st March, 2022: New Horizons - Nintendo announces a new Missions and Rewards section for Nintendo Switch Online users, which includes an icon pack for New Horizons villagers with birthdays in March as well as a Super Mario Odyssey icon pack.
15^th February, 2022: Nintendo News - Nintendo announces that Nintendo eShop purchases will no longer be possible on Nintendo 3DS and Wii U systems starting late March 2023. Animal Crossing Calculator, Animal Crossing Clock and Photos with Animal Crossing on the Nintendo 3DS, and Animal Crossing: Wild World on the Wii U Virtual Console will no longer be purchasable due to this change.
