Phineas
Main Article: Phineas
Ocassionally on a random day, Phineas, a seal, will appear in the city and will be giving out balloons, pinwheels, and bubbles.
Resetti Surveillance Center
Main Article: Resetti Surveillance Center
On random nights after 8:00 P.M., the Resetti Surveillance Center will be opened.
Other
There is also an ABD in the city, in case you need to deposit or withdraw bells. There is also a fountain in the middle of the city's plaza with a statue of Serena on top. A bus stop is there to enter or leave the city in the bus.
