Kenta Nagata (永田権太, Nagata Kenta, born 1970) is a composer at Nintendo. He is known for his work on the Super Mario series and much of the Mario Kart series.
In Doubutsu no Mori, he composed the hourly music ("Field BGM") as well as the title theme.
