The City Plaza is a location in the City in Animal Crossing: City Folk. Depending on the time of day, one to six potential villagers will be wandering around the plaza. It is possible to talk to them, and they will talk about things like Crazy Redd's and The Marquee. If the villager recently left the player's town, or another town that is connected, the villager may have the same catchphrase and clothes as they did in the town. Phineas is located in the plaza, along with a fountain, with a Serena statue on it. Villagers will talk about the stores, their money, or about the players from friend's towns.
