This is a very nice page, but one problem I've been thinking about is when it is appropriate to hyperlink to the Inkipedia "Splatoon series" page compared to this Nookipedia page. Basically no parts of the wiki, when referring to Splatoon, link here. Right now it's only a hyperlink in the furniture navbox since it involves a furniture/clothing collection. Is that the only appropriate scenario? Should it always link to Inkipedia otherwise, or should some of the Splatoon links link here instead? Move to Splatoon[edit]

Consensus was reached to move the page to to Splatoon and restructure it as a page covering all Splatoon content in the Animal Crossing series. ~ AlexBot2004 (Talk) 21:22, February 28, 2022 (EST)

This article is severely unfinished, with no single furniture item being added for Animal Crossing: New Leaf. It is also not a real furniture series, as shown by datamined information. Therefore, I purpose that we move this to Splatoon and not only include the New Leaf furniture items, but also information on Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp and other related Splatoon crossovers in the Animal Crossing series. -- PanchamBro (talkcontributions) 15:02, May 15, 2021 (EDT)

Oppose Oppose - While there are a good amount of Splatoon-related crossover items and content, I think that a subpage makes more sense here (List of references in the Animal Crossing series/Splatoon). You could split List of references in the Animal Crossing series up between 'references by game' (PG, WW, CF etc.) and 'references by source' (Splatoon, LoZ etc.). If a page with the title of 'Splatoon' were to be created, I think it would need to be called 'Splatoon (series)' or 'Splatoon references in the Animal Crossing series' as unofficial item groupings don't warrant their own page.
