RedShell (レッドシェル, Reddosheru, Red Shell) is a lazy turtle villager in the Animal Crossing series, making his first appearance in Animal Crossing: New Leaf. His name is a reference to the Super Mario series, another Nintendo franchise. His in initial phrase, red, is referring to the colour of his shell.

Appearance

RedShell is a yellow turtle with black hair and a red cap. He has large blue eyes with glasses and his clothing is a Beige Shirt to match his shell. Despite this, however, RedShell will collect clothing to change his look.

Personality

RedShell has the lazy personality. This means that he is laid back and talks about food a lot. According to him, he likes cooking, like peppy villagers do even though lazy is the male equivalent to the female normal villagers. He won't get along with jock villagers, because he doesn't understand why they like sport, sometimes saying things such as "who wants to watch a man using a long stick to hit a ball a distance, while you can be cooking burritos?"

House

RedShell's house is very random compared to other houses. It has two marshmallow chairs and a ladybug chair next to a blue bed. If he has won a contest, he will have the trophy on his modern end table. He also has a blue wardrobe that if you try to open, he will say, "My cooking supplies are in there!" Next to the wardrobe he has a minimalist sofa and a dessert case. He has a boxing mat in the middle of the floor and a spotlight. His wallpaper is blue tarp and his floor is striped carpet.

Iggy

Iggy is a black horse villager with green eyes and blue hair. He has the jock personality. His house is themed mostly with the Kiddie series, however he also has a robo TV in front of the Kiddie sofa. His kiddie radio is playing Aloha KK. His catchphrase is "lil' changeling" so it is assumed that Iggy is indeed a changeling. Another form of supporting this is that sometimes when the player is at his house, he will say "I changed into this piece of furniture I wanted but didn't have. Then I got it!" and "I once changed into you, <player name>. Boy, it was fun."

Chill

Chill is a peppy penguin villager. Her catchphrase, "bro" (or "sis", if the player is female) refers to the fact that she's a surfer, as well as her swimsuit, sharktooth necklace and name. She is pink with a blue belly and deep brown eyes. Her pink wetsuit suggests her favourite colour is pink, as well as the abundance of pink and lovely furniture. She also has a swimming cap and goggles when it's raining. When it is, she won't have an umbrella, and she'll say something like "If it rains so much, there'll be a huge swimming pool in <village name> and we can have a water party!!"
