The Quaint Painting is a copy of Johannes Vermeer's The Milkmaid, painted around 1657. Despite its title, it depicts a housemaid, who is pouring milk into a Dutch oven. The Milkmaid is currently on display in the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam.
