The Magic Bag is a tool item in Animal Crossing: New Horizons introduced in the 1.6.0 Free Winter Update. The player will hold this item over their shoulder when selected.
The Magic Bag is obtained by Jingle after delivering three Festive Wrapping Paper, and it is used to deliver gifts to other villagers. The player can check the bag for the number of gifts they still need to deliver. Once there are only 3 presents left, checking it will tell you the name of the remaining villagers. It cannot be kept once all the gifts are delivered, or past Toy Day, nor can it be dropped.
