Rodeo (ロデオ) is a lazy, bull villager who made his first appearance in Animal Crossing: Wild World. As a lazy villager, he will appear hospitable and friendly towards the player, making it easy to befriend him. He also has a fascination with food and super heroes. His name, Rodeo, comes from rodeo bulls, or bull riding at rodeos, an event usually taking place in America, where the rider aims to stay on the bull the longest while it is jumping and running. His initial phrase, "chaps," also relates to this. Chaps are an item of clothing, typically worn over jeans and made out of leather, which protect a rider from their trousers rubbing against their legs, otherwise causing irritation.
Appearance
Rodeo is a black bull with grey hair, dull, yellow horns and small, red, evil-looking eyes. He has a lighter grey muzzle and a light grey/white tip to his tail. On rainy days, he carries a Blue Dot Parasol, much like Savannah the horse.
