Inkwell (おくたろう, Octarou) is a jock octopus villager from the Animal Crossing series, first appearing in Animal Crossing: New Leaf Welcome amiibo update. Inkwell references Splatoon, and is one of several villagers introduced in the Welcome amiibo update that reference another Nintendo franchise. Inkwell can be brought into the player's campground and invited to join the village by scanning a Splatoon Inkiling boy, girl, or squid amiibo.

Appearance

Octavian is an organge octopus with white eyes. Like the characters of Splatoon, Inkwell's eyes are outlined in think black.
