The Lettered Cap can be obtained from Mabel before building Able Sisters, or from the shop once it has opened for  560 Bells.

In Happy Home Paradise, this item is unlocked for use in designing when doing a vacation home request for Anchovy, Jay, and Katt. In addition, the item can be used to change the clothing of a villager or the player either during or after the designing process for screenshot purposes.
