In Happy Home Paradise, this item is unlocked for use in designing when doing a vacation home request for Rosie. The item can also be unlocked when tasked by Lottie to design the school. In addition, the item can be used to change the clothing of a villager or the player either during or after the designing process for screenshot purposes.
