The Sparkling Cider (known as Fizzy Apple Juice in PAL regions) is a tool item in Animal Crossing: New Horizons introduced in the 1.6.0 Free Winter Update. When used, the player will raise the glass as if making a toast.

The Sparkling Cider can be obtained from Nook Shopping for  1,000 Bells from December 26 to December 31 as a celebration of New Year's Eve. The Sparkling Cider can break if the player trips while having bad health luck or by using a King Tut Mask.

During Turkey Day, villagers found around the Resident Services plaza area will also be seen raising Sparkling Cider glasses in toasts. The player will also hold this item when participating in a party held by Lottie, Niko, and Wardell when celebrating a player's achievement in Happy Home Paradise.
