The doctor's coat is a top item in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. The item can be worn by either the player or any villagers.

The doctor's coat can be obtained from Able Sisters for 2,160 Bells. The item can also be obtained from the apparel shop in Happy Home Paradise for 1,900 Poki if the shop's theme is set to sell "simple clothes" or "cool clothes", or when the store is asked to sell any clothes under the "anything is fine" option.

This item is worn by Petri and Raddle as their default outfit. This item also appears as a furniture item in the homes of Doc.

In Happy Home Paradise, this item is unlocked for use in designing when doing a vacation home request for Cobb, Gaston, June, Mott, Ozzie, Petri, and Raddle. The item can also be unlocked when tasked by Lottie to design the hospital. In addition, the item can be used to change the clothing of a villager or the player either during or after the designing process for screenshot purposes.
