Cube (ビス, Vise) is a lazy, penguin villager in the Animal Crossing series who first appears in Animal Crossing - possibly named after the Nintendo GameCube, the console in which his first appearance in Animal Crossing was played on, although he may also be named after ice cubes. His picture quote, "Stay cool.", describes keeping cool because he is a penguin.

Appearance

Cube is a black and white Emperor Penguin with yellow-orange cheeks and a large beak. His unique features are his large, white eyes with black, plus (+or x) shaped pupils. His pupil shape may reflect on the idea of the Gamecube and the typical Gamecube D-pad. In Animal Crossing: Wild World, he wears the big dot shirt. He appears to have emerald to turquoise blue on his flippers (arms), back, and very slightly up his neck to the bottom of his head. His head is a glossy black and his stomach is polished white. In Animal Crossing, he wears the Gamecube Shirt that is blue with the Gamecube logo in white.

Personality

Below is a brief description of the lazy personality. For more information, click here.

As a lazy villager, Cube will not get on too well with snooty or jock villagers because they will not understand his lifestyle, which is a love of food and a relaxing, chilled outlook on life. He will also ask snooty villagers about their dinner plans, giving them ideas for their dinner and then dropping hints that he will be coming to eat. He gets along with normal, peppy, and other lazy villagers, who are open-minded about other villagers' personalities.

House

Cube's house is mostly robot themed. He has a Red Snapper fish in a tank, which he may refuse to part with during Flea Markets. If Cube has a stereo in his home, it will play K.K. Technopop. He has the Mod Wall and Diner Tile.
