Roald (ペンタ, Penta) is a jock, penguin villager from the Animal Crossing series. He has appeared in every game so far.

Appearance

Roald is a dark navy blue adelie penguin who initially wears a red-and-white checked Cafe Shirt. His eyes are laid back in a half-closed position. He has a stomach that is white, and a beak, as every penguin has, that is yellow-orange. His feet are the same color as his beak, and his flippers (wings) are the same color as his back. Roald likes to win fights and boasts about his bug catching skills.

Personality

Below is a brief description of the jock personality. For more information, click here.

Roald has a jock personality. He claims to be the strongest villager in the town and talks about fitness and muscles, much to the dismay of lazy villagers. Sometimes snooty villagers will ask him to move their house as a tease. Roald is an active villager, so he is rarely inside his house and never seems to get ill. He loves to look for bugs, clothes, and fossils.

House

In Animal Crossing, his house contains items mainly from both the Kiddie series and Space theme. He has the kiddie clock, rocket, toilet, elephant slide and a train set, with the playroom wall and playroom carpet. He has K.K. Parade playing on his robo-stereo. Finally, he displays the Gelato Umbrella, Puzzling Shirt, and a Mini Sproid.

In Animal Crossing: City Folk, his home contains Kiddie Clock, Train Set, Satellite and Rocket from the Space Theme, Robo-Stereo which plays K.K. Parade, Bowling Pins, Telescope, and Super Toilet. His carpet changes to the Kiddie Carpet, and the wallpaper stays the Playroom wall.
