In Happy Home Paradise, this item is unlocked for use in designing when doing a vacation home request for Audie, Bitty, Bubbles, Cheri, Cole, Pekoe, Piper, and Shari. In addition, the item can be used to change the clothing of the player either during or after the designing process for screenshot purposes.
