A number of Animal Crossing plush dolls have been released, most of them by a Japanese toy manufacturer called San-ei, which also manufactures other Nintendo-related toys such as Mario and Kirby. Originally released in Japan, they are sold across the internet by third parties on popular sites like eBay and Amazon. In North America, Nintendo sells a changing variety of Animal Crossing plush dolls directly through the Nintendo World Store in New York City.
