The pipe is a houseware furniture item in Animal Crossing: New Horizons introduced in the 1.8.0 Free Update as part of the 35th anniversary of Super Mario Bros. It is part of the Mario Series. This item is based on the warp pipe, an object in the Super Mario series.
The pipe can be used as a warping device to traverse parts of the island, including the player's house. Two pipes, when placed down, will act as a quick transportation between two sections of the island. If more than two are placed down, the player will randomly warp to one of them. A maximum of 40 pipes can be placed on the player's island. If a pipe in a player's home is used while company is over, they will not be able to leave the home. A pipe placed in a villager's home will not transport the player out of the house, nor will any other pipe lead into the villager's house.
The pipe can be obtained from Nook Shopping for 5,000 Bells since March 1, 2021.
No villagers have this item in their home.
In Happy Home Paradise, no villagers or facility unlock this item for designing. It can only be used once the player's catalog is unlocked after completing the 27th vacation home.
