Watering a tile that has already been hydrated will not use any durability. It can water multiple tiles at a time.

The watering can can be obtained from crafting, which requires 1× flimsy watering can and 1× iron nugget. The recipe for this item can be obtained from the Pretty Good Tools Recipes item. The physical recipe is unobtainable as of version 1.11.0, and it will disappear if flown or kept between play sessions. The item's color can be customized either by using 1 customization kit or by Cyrus at Harv's Island for 1,000 Bells.

In Happy Home Paradise, this item is unlocked for use in designing when doing a vacation home request for Amelia, Beardo, Dora, Limberg, Maggie, Norma, and Ursala.
