The chocolate fountain can be obtained from Timmy and Tommy's store for  2,200 Bells. The item's chocolate can be customized by Cyrus for  220 Bells.

This item appears as a furniture item in the homes of Merengue. As a result, this item can be purchased by the player if they were invited by any of the preceding villagers.
