Foxes are a species of wild dog related to wolves and dogs in the Animal Crossing series. Redd is the only fox to have appeared so far.
Appearance
The only known fox species to appear is the red fox. Redd, however, is considered a "kitsune", a fox usually associated with Japanese folklore. Redd has a symbol of a leaf with a notch in it on his apron, similar to Tom Nook's store symbol.
