The retro sink can be obtained from the campground for 5 MEOW Coupons or from balloons. It can also be obtained from the RV of Timmy and Tommy for 3 MEOW Coupons.
No villagers have this item in their home. However, this item appears in the RV of 
Timmy and Tommy.
