Nookipedia:AutoWikiBrowser

From Nookipedia, the Animal Crossing wiki

AutoWikiBrowser (AWB) is a semi-automated editor for MediaWiki wikis (including Nookipedia). It is built for Windows, but can run on Linux or Mac using Wine. The tool allows users to quickly load pages, apply automated fixes and adjustments, review the edit, and then save it. Lists of pages to edit may be generated from categories, links on a page, users' contributions, your watchlist, and more. Learn more about AutoWikiBrowser on Wikipedia.

Needless to say, AutoWikiBrowser is a powerful tool that allows users to make a large number of edits in a short number of time. As a result, the use of AutoWikiBrowser on Nookipedia is restricted to users listed at Nookipedia:AutoWikiBrowser/CheckPage. Staff members may add themselves to the list if they wish to use the tool; all other editors may request access to AutoWikiBrowser below if they meet the requirements.

Requests

Editors can be approved to use AutoWikiBrowser if they have at least 200 mainspace edits, a good editing history, and a particular task or reason to use AWB. If you meet these requirements, you may make a request below with the following format (adding in your username and the reason for requesting AWB):

* {{user|<YOUR USER NAME>}}: <REASON FOR REQUESTING AWB> ~~~~
