The petal parasol is a umbrella item in Animal Crossing: New Leaf. Holding this item will prevent the player from developing tans.

The petal parasol can be obtained from GracieGrace for 3,200 Bells during a sale, which occurs in the second half of February, May, August, and November.

This item is used by Bunnie, Canberra, Cube, Diana, June, Maggie, Maple, Margie, Molly, Sally, Sandy, Soleil, Sprinkle, and Tammi as their default umbrella during periods of rain. Drift has this item as their default umbrella, but will refrain from using the umbrella due to their status as a frog villager.
