The College Rule is a furniture item in Animal Crossing. It can be placed on the surface of tables and other similar furniture that have surfaces for items. As a diary, the player can interact with this item to bring up a calendar. The calendar documents events as well as the days the player has played. The player can also add an entry for each month.
The College Rule can be obtained as a starting item, from Tom Nook's store for 180 Bells, or from Tortimer on New Year's Day. It does not have any color for the purpose of fêng shui.
Version differences
In Doubutsu no Mori+, the College Rule has the book mirrored. Doubutsu no Mori e+ retains the design from Animal Crossing.
