"A landscape artist from the late Renaissance period, Brueghel was known as the "Peasant Artist." He earned the title for depicting scenes from common peasant life, such as the moment captured here. Note the contrast between the weary hunters and the people frolicking below on icy ponds."
— Art description

The scenic painting is a wall-mounted furniture item in Animal Crossing: New Horizons introduced in the 1.2.0 April Free Update. In addition to walls, it can be placed on the floor, being displayed on an easel. As a painting, it can be donated to the museum. It also has a forgery version that cannot be donated or sold. The artwork depicts The Hunters in the Snow, drawn in 1565 by Dutch artist Pieter Brueghel the Elder.

The scenic painting can be obtained from Jolly Redd's Treasure Trawler or Redd's Co-Op on Harv's Island for  4,980 Bells or from any villager in the mailbox.

No villagers have this item in their home.

In Happy Home Paradise, this item is unlocked for use in designing when doing a vacation home request for Bianca, Clyde, Muffy, Robin, and Sprinkle.
