Donating to the museum[edit]

In New Leaf[edit]

Upon donating a Sea Slug to the Museum, it can be found in the large pool in the first room of the ocean exhibit, along with many other species of deep sea creatures. It is found near the entrance of the exhibit. The exhibit has this to say about the Sea Slug:

"Although they have no shells, sea slugs are more closely related to spiral shells than anything else. Their vivid colors and patterns and variety of shapes and sizes make them popular with divers. Sea slugs are hermaphrodites, so they are all capable of mating with one another, regardless of gender."

Fishing Tournament[edit]

New Leaf[edit]

Despite being a Fishing Tournament, Chip will still accept deep-sea creatures, however, they will not be scored. Chip will say this when given a Sea Slug:

"From what my excellent sources tell me, you CAN eat boiled sea slugs, though some are still poisonous. Yeah, I...I don't think I'll chance it! Besides, who wants to eat a SLUG?"
