Anchovy (アンチョビ, Anchobi) is a lazy, bird villager that appears in the Animal Crossing series. His initial phrase is the noise birds make, which is "chirping." In Animal Crossing his initial phrase, "chuuurp," has one more "u" than in the sequels.

Appearance

Anchovy is a brown roadrunner with a sharp, yellow bill and thick, black eyebrows. He initially wears the Straw Shirt in Animal Crossing, but in Animal Crossing: Wild World and Animal Crossing: City Folk, he wears the Earthly Knit.
