Otters are a species of animal in the Animal Crossing series. Pascal, up until Animal Crossing: Wild World, was the only otter to have appeared in the series. With the release of Wild World in 2005, Lyle was the second otter. Lottie made her appearance as the third otter in the series with the release of Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer.
