The bath mat can be obtained from Tom Nook's store for 600 Bells.^{[nb 2]} It does not have any color for the purpose of fêng shui.

It has the unused name "bath mat" and uses the dummy model, a white triangle with red Japanese text reading ダミー (damī, dummy). Its name was also translated to other languages in the European version of Animal Crossing, with the name "alfombra baño" in Spanish, "matelas de bain" in French, "Badmatte" in German, and "tappetino bagno" in Italian.
