It can be placed on the surface of tables and other similar furniture that have surfaces for items. If this item is placed on the ground however, it is penalized by the Happy Home Academy by 1 point per each item.
The plastic file box can be obtained from the RV of Dobie for 3 MEOW Coupons.
No villagers have this item in their home. However, this item appears in the RV of 
Dobie.
