The cubby hole is a furniture item in every first-generation Animal Crossing game. It is part of the School Theme.
The cubby hole can be obtained from Tom Nook's store for 2,200 Bells.[nb 2] It does not have any color for the purpose of fêng shui.
In Doubutsu no Mori, this item appears in the homes of Stinky.
In Doubutsu no Mori+, this item appears in the homes of Stinky.
In Animal Crossing, this item appears in the homes of Doc.
In Doubutsu no Mori e+, this item appears in the homes of Doc.
In Dòngwù Sēnlín, this item appears in the homes of Stinky.
For villagers who have this item placed on the floor in their house, there is a chance that the villager will gift it to the player.
Version differences
In Doubutsu no Mori, Doubutsu no Mori+, and Doubutsu no Mori e+, the cubby hole is brown and has shoes in the holes instead of school supplies. In Dòngwù Sēnlín, the cubby hole has the same design as the Japanese one only with different contents in the cubbies.
