I have a like 3 months of experience on Wikis, I correct spelling in articles with K.K. Slider's songs, I know the policies like the back of my hand, I fixed a stub, and removed it when all the info was there in the Cricket article, I also added useful information in the past, im willing to help other users out, now I now what's right from wrong on the Wiki. - I have to agree completely with Mario. While it's nice to see you are dedicated to improving the site (and your daily activity supports this), you need a lot more experience before we can grant you staff tools. I think the last sentence of your application about applying repeatedly until you get promoted also demonstrates a lack of maturity and makes me question if you are taking the application process seriously. I would suggest that you continue to improve your wiki skills, seek constructive criticism when you are unsure of something, and try to broaden your scope beyond userboxes before applying again. --Jake 13:44, May 12, 2016 (EDT)
- Oh, and "I fixed a stub, and removed it when all the info was there in the Cricket article[...]" is not adequate. The only thing you did was add a quote. The article is missing information on New Leaf museum info and Animal Crossing: amiibo Festival general information. I restored the stub status. I'd still like to see some more substantial contributions before fully approving, but we don't have any active Patrollers currently and you have been here for quite a while. - In agreement with Red Snapper here. You've done a lot for the wiki in terms of adding appropriate images to our pages- I do appreciate your work there. And your edits have improved over the time you've been here, even if they aren't particularly substantive. That said, I'm not sure if you are particularly ready or qualified to patrol edits yet. I'd be willing to give you a chance as we are in need of patrollers at the moment and therefore I will side with the majority vote.

- I was on the fence about this one, but I don't think she's ready. She has a low edit count, and most of her recent contributions consist of welcoming users, which she has been told not to do. - We do appreciate another applicaion, but I think you applied way too early. You haven't much edits on the main page, and that's a big factor in becoming even a patroller. Being a staff member doesn't only mean you'll get more tools. It's kind of a big responsibility. My recommendation: Wait a couple of months, and do more edits on the main page. - Have not had the chance to check the site today, so I did not know about this application being put up until now. I am touched to know that you look at me with such a high regard. However, I simply do not have the time or, in my honest opinion, the experience to be a bureaucrat. The amount of time I am devoting to extracurriculars (mostly marching band) is increasing, with my school year starting in less than nine days. Also, besides grammar and overall writing, my skill set compared to the others is not much. I love amiibo and Animal Crossing series, and I am an admin on amiibo Wiki. As I said, I love Animal Crossing, and I know Nookipedia is almost out of patrollers. I agree that you're made some great contributions so far, and have experience elsewhere. You'd make a great administrator I'm sure, but since this is your first application and you haven't been here long - you would be better off applying for the Patroller position rather than jumping straight to Administrator. We're currently in need of Patrollers (once Sunmarsh gets promoted, we'll have none!) but already have a plentiful supply of Administrators. Trainiax has definitely shown himself to be an adept editor, possessing the skillset needed to eventually move up to being a patroller. - I'm more or less neutral here. We don't necessarily have to have dedicated Patrollers, as the other staff members can and commonly do share their responsibilities. That said, it looks like you'd do very well as a Patroller, and I defer to the others on whether or not the staff team is due to add another member. But, you've only made 9 mainspace edits (at the time of writing), which proves you're not experienced enough to be part of our staff yet (in fact, you're still not even a Trustee). - We do appreciate more editors in the meantime, but I can't say you have established yourself as a dependable, trustworthy, and mature user yet. Most of your edits have been in userspace, for instance. While it is fun to mess around with userboxes and your userpage, you need more experience by providing valid and meaningful contributions to our mainpages and by participating in discussions relevant to improving the wiki. As for being active, you're frequently here, but I'd like to see how the longer term activity fares before I make the judgement. - Let's be frank: you don't have the experience nor the knowledge to be a patroller. The only tools you get are deletion, being able to edit a few protected pages (which are protected for a reason), marking edits as patrolled, deleting pages and images, and rollback. Normal users can already contribute significantly; the vast majority of my edits, for instance, can be done with any other user. I suspect the reason it's so limited for you is that you're yet to be autoconfirmed. - If that happens, you need to tag a page with {{delete}} and wait for a staff member to delete it. Not hard. If everyone had delete tools, it would be more of a hassle to clean up after vandalism and images, which are more difficult to restore, would get deleted as well. Right, after thinking this over this week I've decided I'm ready to post this. After being promoted to Patroller a while back, I've continued to be an active editor with page expansions and such, and over the past few months I have made a few suggestions, joined our furniture project and followed policy pretty well. Honestly, sometimes I feel like I'm one the only staff members checking up on this place (xD) so if I'm promoted again I'd to willing to take on any administrative duties, patrol and defend the site, and do some things that one of the MediaWiki upgrades stopped me from doing (like updating Main Page/DLC). - I do agree that we have a little amount of patrollers in this wiki, and it will be highly appreciated if we have one more. Red Snapper is a great, trustworthy user with a decent amount of edits. Being a patroller isn't a labor-intensive job, even though it's more than just marking edits as patrolled(!), and I think Red Snapper is up to the job. I've edited wikis (mainly MarioWiki, with 9,702 edits, 3,980 in the mainspace, 2,077 on files, and 1,249 on MarioWiki pages which includes voting on featured articles and proposals) for three years and I've shown this experience by the number and quality of my edits. I've also been on this wiki nearly every day for more than a few months now, since September 5, 2013. Although the template says I have edited 764 times at the moment of this writing, my edit count is actually 1,135 when you factor the other 30% of file uploads and others. I've also created two help pages. I also created wanted pages, organized a few personality pages, brought up many suggestions and questions, and minor things like grammar, removing unnecessary stubs, adding templates. I review other user's edits frequently. I'm not listing everything I've done so far, but here is my contributions. I'm an experienced user who will be glad with having some more tools to work with. I’ve been a patroller for Nookipedia for about a year, and have recently begun to increase my activity in regards to both editing and patrolling. I’ve edited and have created a number of pages, such as the Garden Center, and am currently working on updating each Villager’s Page with their New Leaf artwork. I’m experienced with other NIWA wikis as well, and have formed many friendships over the last 1 ½ years with others, particularly on Zelda Wiki as xXSuperXXNintendoXx, Bulbapedia, Super Mario Wiki, and Icaruspedia.
