The old board flooring can be obtained from Saharah's Co-Op on Harv's Island for  3,600 Bells. As Saharah applies a 1.2× tax for items purchased from her Co-Op, the old board flooring cannot be purchased at its standard price of  3,000 Bells.

This item appears in the homes of Frett as the default flooring.
