Octopuses are a species of villager in the Animal Crossing series. There was originally only one, Octavian, until Doubutsu no Mori e+ introduced Marina, while Animal Crossing: New Leaf introduced Zucker. Octopuses are one of the two species that appears as villagers and fish, the other being frogs. They are also the least common villager species, with only three total.
