Pecan (レベッカ, Rebecca) is a snooty squirrel villager in the Animal Crossing series. Her name is derived from a type of nut.

Appearance

Pecan is a mocha-colored squirrel with deep purple eye shadow. Her ears are dark brown with her inner ears lavender. She initially wears a Red Check Shirt. If it is looked at closely, it may be seen that it resembles a pecan swirl, and her name is derived from a type of nut, which are probably some of the reasons her name is Pecan. She resembles Sally, but Sally lacks the eye shadow Pecan has above her eyes.

As a snooty villager, Pecan will first appear rude and arrogant towards the player, often talking about herself and her own experiences, but will be nice and pleasurable if the conversation is mature and non-insulting. She may also talk about the style and appearance of other villagers, usually other female villagers such as normal, peppy, and other snooty villagers. She will soon warm up to the player, confiding in them about her own personal feelings but still being subtly rude. Pecan will find it hard to get along with other villagers, specifically jock and lazy villagers, who have conflicting lifestyles compared to her own. She may get on with cranky villagers, who also enjoy gossiping about the appearance and lifestyles of others. Like peppy villagers, she reads a magazine called Ms. Nintendique, an unseen magazine featured in Animal Crossing: Wild World.

House

Pecan's house has a Regal theme. She also has a Toaster Oven and a Blender. She has "Café K.K." playing on her stereo and will often display her favorite shirts in her home. She wants to be a baker and talk about cooking if the player becomes good friends with her.
