Names in other languages
For villagers who have this item placed on the floor in their house, there is a chance that the villager will gift it to the player.
In Dòngwù Sēnlín, the folding screen has a different design.
Leftover dummy item
In Animal Crossing, the folding screen is still leftover in the game data as a dummy item, unobtainable without gameplay modification or glitches. It has the unused name "screen" and uses the dummy model, a white triangle with red Japanese text reading ダミー (damī, dummy). Its name was also translated to other languages in the European version of Animal Crossing, with the name "biombo" in Spanish, "paravent" in French, "Paravent" in German, and "schermo" in Italian.
