The Western-Style Stone can be obtained from crafting, which requires Stone NH Inv Icon.png 30× Stone. The recipe for this item can be obtained from normal villagers. The item's variation can be customized either by using 6 Customization Kits or by Cyrus at Harv's Island for  4,500 Bells. As an outdoor item, it will provide an additional 0.5 development points towards the island rating.

This item appears in the homes of the following villagers: Lucky. As a result, this item has a chance to be purchasable by the player if they were invited by any of the following villagers.

In Happy Home Paradise, this item is unlocked for usage in house designing when doing a vacation home request for the following villagers: Avery‎‎, Clay‎‎, Diva‎‎, Elvis‎‎, Marlo‎‎, Tucker‎‎, Vic‎‎. The item is also required to be used in the vacation homes of the following villagers: Gruff‎‎, Huck‎‎.
