Template:Infobox villager Mitzi (マール, Maru) is a normal, cat villager in the Animal Crossing series. She appeared on the cover of Animal Crossing, standing in the upper window on the side with Punchy. She also appeared on the back of the Animal Crossing: City Folk cover. Her Japanese name "Maru" could mean circle, referencing the circle marking on her face.

Appearance

Mitzi, like Olivia, is a white Siamese Cat with a navy blue muzzle and tail, tipped ears and tipped paws. Her name, "Mitzi", may refer to her paws which look like there are mittens on them. The inside of her ears are tangerine orange. She has a leaf umbrella, which she carries on rainy days. Mitzi wears the Patchwork Top in Animal Crossing, but in Animal Crossing: Wild World, Animal Crossing: City Folk, and Animal Crossing: New Leaf, she wears the Gumdrop Shirt.

Mitzi is a kind and calm character like all normal villagers. She will easily become upset or offended by other villagers, particularly lazy villagers who mislead her and cranky villagers who have a rude nature. She enjoys the usual hobbies, such as fishing and bug catching, usually to keep her active. As with all other villagers, she will enjoy the player's company at her house where she may tell the player to "ignore the mess" - a concern she shares with other normal villagers. In Animal Crossing: Wild World, she will talk about an unseen character called Moppina, an imaginary friend which reflects on the normal personality type hygiene and cleanliness concerns. She will get along well with other normal villagers and peppy villagers, appearing mother-like in conversation. She will also get on well with snooty villagers, who enjoy the good natured personality of the normal villager, who often compliment them. But she may seem like a peppy villager as the player gets to know her.

House

In Animal Crossing, Mitzi has a rather sparse, unorganized room, which includes two gargloids, and Blue bed and lamp, and a Cabana bookcase. She also has two potted plants and has "K.K. Swing" playing on her red boombox. She has the kitchen wall and the Ranch flooring.
