Pocket Camp services ending / Pocket Camp offline version

Nintendo has announced that online services for Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp will be discontinued on November 28, 2024 at 3:00 PM UTC. It was also announced that a paid offline version of Pocket Camp is in development, with details planned to be shared in October 2024.
Animal Crossing: New Horizons Aquarium Tour

Nintendo of America has announced that the aquarium experience based on Animal Crossing: New Horizons that was previously held at the Seattle Aquarium will be expanding to the national Animal Crossing: New Horizons Aquarium Tour, being held in seven aquariums across the United States from June 2024 to February 2025.
New villagers added to Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp

The final eight villagers from New Horizons have been added to Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp: Benjamin, Biff, Curlos, Freckles, Gwen, Mott, Sydney, and Velma.

- In Animal Crossing: New Leaf, the Nintendo 3DS shelf (pictured) contains cameos to 6 different Nintendo 3DS games, all using their Japanese box art. One of these titles include Animal Crossing: New Leaf itself.
- In Animal Crossing: New Horizons, the football is named so in both American and European English, despite Europe, including the United Kingdom, associating the term football with association football (or soccer) instead of American football.
- In Animal Crossing and Doubutsu no Mori e+, the flip-top desk has a message saying "Joey + Mallary", with a heart outlining the text.
- Tiansheng's peach paradise house request in Animal Crossing: New Horizons – Happy Home Paradise is a direct reference to the Journey to the West and the story of Sun Wukong and the Peaches of Immortality.
