It can also be obtained from the RV of Isabelle, Rover, Tom Nook, Blathers, K.K., Mabel, Reese, Cyrus, Celeste, Tommy, Resetti, Kapp'n, Digby, Kicks, Wisp, Lottie, and Hopkins for  3 MEOW Coupons. The item's coloring can be customized by Cyrus for  3,240 Bells.
