Ostriches are a species of villager in the Animal Crossing series. They all resemble the birds but with larger heads and a longer neck. All the ostriches are female except Sprocket who is the only male. It seems that he only appeared in one game of the Animal Crossing series, due to this, there only female ostriches in the newest games.
