Donkey Kong Jr is a furniture item in Doubutsu no Mori+, Animal Crossing, and Doubutsu no Mori e+. It can be placed on the surface of tables and other similar furniture that have surfaces for items. This item is a playable NES game, and the player can interact with it to play Donkey Kong Jr.

Donkey Kong Jr can be obtained from Tom Nook after providing a secret code that could be generated on the game's official website in October 2002.[1] It does not have any color for the purpose of fêng shui. This item is lucky, meaning it gives a 777-point Happy Room Academy bonus when placed in the player's house.

Version differences

Donkey Kong Jr in Doubutsu no Mori+

In Doubutsu no Mori+, Donkey Kong Jr is modeled after a Famicom rather than a Nintendo Entertainment System. Doubutsu no Mori e+ retains the design from Animal Crossing.

Gameplay of Donkey Kong Jr.

Donkey Kong Jr. is an arcade game that was later ported to the Nintendo Entertainment System. It is a sequel to Donkey Kong.

The player controls Donkey Kong Jr., who must rescue his father Donkey Kong, who has been captured by Mario. Donkey Kong Jr. must climb to the top of each level, climbing vines and avoiding enemies, and collect the key to move onto the next level. On the fourth level, Donkey Kong Jr. must push six keys up into their keyholes, freeing Donkey Kong and causing Mario to fall down.
