Migratory locust
The Migratory Locust[nb 1] is a bug in the Animal Crossing series that has appeared in every game to date. It is known for its unique sound, which is best described as a stick rattling against a metal fence.
In the games that the Migratory Locust appears in, it is a uncommon bug that the player can encounter, and can be found on the ground, occasionally hopping. In Animal Crossing: New Horizons, it can be caught from late summer to fall.
